Jose Velazquez is the Senior Management Consultant and Lean Transformation Coach for our NOAM and LATAM regions, with extensive experience in Continuous Improvement and Industrial Engineering. Jose is effective in deploying tactical plans, aimed to establish robust manufacturing systems that allows value-creation to new and existing processes and products. Jose meets medium-term to long-term business objectives, ensuring competitiveness and profitability of the company.
Jose develops and implements projects and programs using MTM and BTIs (Time and Motion Studies) analysis in assembly lines and transformation in multiple industries. Jose has an ability and agility to detect opportunity areas, solid knowledge, and responsibility to generate and manage operational excellence systems, negotiation skills, persuasion, and perception, with a sense of urgency, proactive, development of high-performance and multi- disciplinary work teams, assertive in decision making, effective communication skills and performance for achieving high levels of service.
